SHIPPING

how long will it take for my order to arrive?

As a small business, we do our best to process and ship your orders within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We want to make sure your order gets to you as fast a possible.

For shipments in the Netherlands and Belgium you can expect your parcel in 1 or 2 business days. But that also depends on the timing of our carries Post NL.

For international orders, it might take a little longer, around 10-15 business days. We'll keep you updated every step of the way with tracking info, so you can eagerly anticipate your package!

Once we've sent your order, you will receive a track & trace code in your mailbox. Keep an eye on this tracking code to follow your order.

do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We ship to most countries worldwide, so you can enjoy our clothes no matter where you are. Just keep in mind that international shipping may take a bit longer and might come with additional customs fees.So we are happy to offer international shipping to the following countries:

can i track my order?

Of course! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use it to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep. Exciting, right?

can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Oh no, realized you sent your new dress to your old address? No worries! If you need to change your shipping address, contact us ASAP. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships. Once it’s on its way, changes might not be possible, so speed is key!

what should I do if my package is delayed?

Oh no, that’s frustrating! If your package is delayed, don’t worry. Sometimes, shipping companies experience unexpected delays. If it’s been more than 5 days since the expected delivery date, reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll help track it down for you.

what should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Yikes! If your package arrives damaged, snap a photo of it and contact our customer service team right away. We’ll make sure to sort things out and send you a replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

are there any customs fees for international orders?

Sometimes, international orders might come with customs fees, which vary depending on your country. Unfortunately, we can’t predict these charges. As the buyer, you’re responsible for covering these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details to avoid any surprises.

can I cancel or change my order after it’s been placed?

Oops, changed your mind? If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships. Once it’s on its way, we can't make changes, but you can return or exchange items once they arrive.

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Bankcontact and iDeal. So, go ahead and use your favorite payment method to complete your purchase.

can I pre-order items that are out of stock?

Love something that's out of stock? Sometimes we offer pre-orders for popular items. If pre-order is available, it will be noted on the product page. Pre-order your item, and we'll ship it to you as soon as it’s back in stock. Keep an eye on your email for updates!

RETURNS

how do I start a return?

To start a return, simply email us at info@eliduor.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through the return process. Remember, you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.

what are the conditions for returning an item?

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that don’t meet these conditions won’t be accepted.

who pays for return shipping?

If your return is approved, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged when it arrived. We’ll give you all the deets once you contact us.

can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns.

how long will it take to get my refund?

Once we get and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Just remember, it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too. Patience is key!

what should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Ouch! If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at info@eliduor.com. We’ll sort it out and make sure you’re taken care of!
